SmartSeat looks at the whole evening at once and works out whether moving a few bookings to different tables would free up room for one more party. You see every move it suggests, and how much room each one opens up, before you decide — nothing moves unless you say so. It can also apply the moves itself, if you would rather not review them.

Not too advanced. That’s the point.
People see everything Nine Tables can do and assume it must be a lot to run. It is the other way round: you turn on the apps your restaurant needs, and your screens hold those and nothing else. A café and a hotel group run the same platform, and it looks nothing alike. That is why new staff learn it on the floor, not in a training session.
